Specifically, this is a model from Rewaco, a well-known German manufacturer that specialises in producing high-end, production-line trikes (such as their RF1 or PUR3 series). While these vehicles look highly exotic and are customisable from the factory with various trim options, paint colors, and wheel packages, they are fully engineered commercial production vehicles.
